How to get to the hotel: From the airport take bus No.119 to "Dejvická" (see instructions). From "Dejvická" take tram No.26 (the tram stop is right next to the bus stop where you got off, but you have to take an underpass to get to it) and go to "Strossmayerovo náměstí" (6 stops). There switch to tram No.8 (on the same tram stop) and go to "Dlouhá třída" (2 stops). Before arriving to stop "Dlouhá třída" the tram crosses a bridge over the Vltava river. The hotel is right next to the bridge. How to get to the conference venue: Walk around the river Vltava (upstream) to music hall Rudolfinum, cross the bridge (Mánesův most) and continue in Letenská street to Malostranské náměstí (walking time 20-30 minutes).
